Mayev was born short of two limbs instead of four; yet she still wants to become a Weaver like her older brother Miurra, the respected Lord of Talents in the secluded northern Addicinese lands. Mayev is not as confident she will reach the milestones her brother has achieved for their people, but she is adamant about taking the challenge and becoming a Weaver regardless of the results.
However, the true conflict of her story is not with trying to reason with her cold and indifferent brother, or the hardships of challenging the long, unending tradition of the Addicinese people.
