A/N: Why hello there, o great and dear reader. It is the author of this ever expanding work once again. This chapter was an interesting one for sure. The introduction of the sanctum and some explanations for the Itokin have been long in the making. I hope you enjoyed this chapter, it was really interesting to write.
If you are confused about the Inae and such stuff, don't worry, I will be compiling a Codex chapter for all things strange Itokin tech, and publishing that soon. Which should help to further explain the bizarre tech that kinda seems like magic (which it isn't, it is all perfectly scientifically explained, even if a few laws that aren't known in reality had to be invented.).
