Chapter 142 - Eating Luo Yun Without Wiping Your Mouth Three-Second Man

Chapter 141: Eating Luo Yun Without Wiping Your Mouth? Three-Second Man?

Xiao Yifeng sneered coldly. "A venomous beauty like Fairy Luo is something I cannot afford to enjoy."

Luo Yun knew he was referring to Liu Yue’s murder. She giggled softly, undeterred. "Fellow Daoist Wuchen is not someone a mediocrity like Liu Yue could compare to. Besides, Luo Yun is still a pure maiden. I am not the loose woman you imagine."

As she spoke, she swayed her hips, taking slow, deliberate lotus steps toward him. Her hands moved to her waist, undoing the sash of her robe. The silk fabric slid down her shoulders, pooling at her feet and leaving her clad only in a sheer, form-fitting undergarment. Her body was voluptuous and snowy white, a sight designed to make a man's blood boil and his mind go blank.

She stared into Xiao Yifeng’s eyes, her voice husky with vulnerability. "Luo Yun only wishes to leave this place. For that, I am willing to give everything to Fellow Daoist... including myself."

"Save your efforts," Xiao Yifeng said, his voice icy. "Take one more step, and I won't be polite."

Seeing his guard hadn't lowered an inch, she sighed. This man was truly not as easy to manipulate as Liu Yue.

"If Fellow Daoist doesn't believe me," she said, raising a hand, "Luo Yun swears by her life! As long as Fellow Daoist takes me out of the Immortal Abode, I will hand over the Book of Destiny fragment and the Reincarnation Stele, and I will become your furnace cauldron. If I break this oath, may my cultivation dissipate and my soul scatter!"

Xiao Yifeng pondered. Honestly, he wasn't confident he could kill her without paying a heavy price, and the Abode was closing rapidly.

"Fine," he declared. "Xiao Yifeng hereby swears: If I obtain the Book of Destiny and the Reincarnation Stele, I will take Luo Yun out of the Immortal Abode! If I break this oath, may my Dao crumble and my life end!"

He forced a drop of Essence Blood from his fingertip, merging it with Luo Yun’s oath to form a binding Blood Contract.

"Now, does Master trust Yun'er?" Luo Yun smiled sweetly, her demeanor shifting instantly to that of a submissive concubine. She walked up to him, offering the treasures with both hands. "We should hurry. The Abode is closing."

Xiao Yifeng took the items. The moment the Book of Destiny fragment touched his skin, it melted into his body. Luo Yun watched with a mix of envy and resentment, but she hid it well.

"No hurry," Xiao Yifeng laughed, his eyes roaming over her exposed skin. "Let me have a taste first!"

Luo Yun froze.

Before she could react, Xiao Yifeng stashed the stele, grabbed her wrist, and pulled her into his arms. He crushed his lips against hers in a rough, domineering kiss.

Caught off guard, Luo Yun’s body went rigid.

Xiao Yifeng showed no mercy. His lips plundered hers, tasting the sweetness, while his hands roamed freely over her curves—one sliding into the front of her undergarment, the other gripping the soft flesh of her waist.

He felt her tremble against him. Tears welled in the corners of her eyes, a mix of humiliation and relief, but she kissed him back clumsily, playing the part of the inexperienced maiden to perfection.

After a long, heated moment, Xiao Yifeng pulled away.

Luo Yun’s face was flushed, her eyes misty and dazed. Her chest heaved, the sheer fabric of her undergarments in disarray, revealing tantalizing glimpses of her skin. She looked like a ravished beauty, enough to drive any man insane.

She placed her hand over his, which was still resting on her waist, and whispered breathlessly, "Master... do you trust Yun'er now? Take me out, and I am yours. Why rush?"

Xiao Yifeng smirked.

Suddenly, he pulled his hand away and took a step back, his expression shifting from lust to cool detachment in a split second.

"I don't want to end up like Liu Yue, drunk to death in a fairy's gentle embrace," he laughed. "A taste is enough for now. Fairy should stay here and reflect on her actions. I will definitely come back to take you out!"

"What?!" Luo Yun’s eyes widened in horror.

"See you later!"

Xiao Yifeng transformed into a streak of light and shot toward the exit without looking back.

"Xiao Yifeng! You bastard!" Luo Yun screamed, clutching her torn clothes. "You swore a Blood Oath! Aren't you afraid of the backlash?!"

"The oath said I'd take you out, but it didn't say when!" Xiao Yifeng’s voice echoed back mockingly. "Within three years, I'll come back for you! Enjoy your reflection time!"

Luo Yun scrambled to dress herself and chased after him, but he was already gone.

Xiao Yifeng hadn't broken the oath. He fully intended to retrieve her... eventually. But she needed a few years in solitary confinement to reflect on her crimes. It was the least he could do for Liu Yue.

Near the Exit Vortex.

Xiao Yifeng used his new authority to locate Su Miaoqing and rendezvous with her. As they flew toward the sky vortex, Su Miaoqing kept glancing at him with a strange expression, sniffing the air around him suspiciously.

Xiao Yifeng felt a wave of guilt but kept flying.

At the vortex, Lin Xiao and Mo Shuiyao were waiting. They moved to block the path, clearly unwilling to let them leave without answers.

"I wonder if Fellow Daoist Xiao found Luo Yun?" Lin Xiao asked with a polite smile that didn't reach his eyes.

"No! I don't know where she's hiding," Xiao Yifeng lied smoothly.

"Pfft!" Mo Shuiyao burst out laughing. "Fellow Daoist Xiao, you lie without even drafting a script!"

"What does Fairy Mo mean?" Xiao Yifeng asked coldly.

"Why don't you ask your Junior Sister if she believes you?" Mo Shuiyao covered her mouth, her eyes dancing with amusement. "Disappearing for so long... I didn't expect you went off to eat rouge!"

Xiao Yifeng froze. He looked at Su Miaoqing.

Su Miaoqing glared at him, her cheeks puffed out in anger. "Hmph! Was Fairy Luo tasty? So tasty you forgot to wipe your mouth?!"

Realization struck Xiao Yifeng like a lightning bolt. He touched his lips. His fingertip came away stained with a faint, fluorescent pink powder.

It was Luo Yun’s lip rouge.

Crap.

"My lips were dry!" Xiao Yifeng blurted out, his face burning. "I... I asked Fairy Luo to borrow some rouge to moisturize them!"

"Wow, she's so enthusiastic!" Su Miaoqing sneered. "Did she apply it with her mouth?!"

Lin Xiao and Mo Shuiyao rolled their eyes. This guy treats us like idiots.

"The Abode is closing," Xiao Yifeng said loudly, changing the subject with the subtlety of a brick. "Why are you blocking the way?"

"The Book of Destiny," Mo Shuiyao said bluntly.

Xiao Yifeng sighed. "Since the book shattered, it's fate. None of us can monopolize it. How about this: we all swear a Blood Oath never to reveal a word about the Book of Destiny to anyone. That way, we avoid being hunted down by the entire cultivation world."

Lin Xiao and Mo Shuiyao exchanged glances. It was the most logical solution. If news got out that they carried fragments of the Book of Destiny, they would be hunted like animals.

"Agreed," Lin Xiao said.

The four of them swore the oath quickly.

"We'll meet again if fate allows," Lin Xiao bowed.

"Next time Young Master Xiao visits the Chanmian Pavilion, I will entertain you properly," Mo Shuiyao teased, winking. "Though I don't have any rouge for you to eat."

Su Miaoqing ground her teeth. Xiao Yifeng’s face was as black as the bottom of a pot.

As the vortex began to shrink, they flew upward.

From below, a disheveled figure rocketed toward them. It was Luo Yun, hair wild and clothes torn.

"Xiao Yifeng! You broke your promise!" she screamed, her voice filled with despair.

Lin Xiao and Mo Shuiyao looked at her, then at Xiao Yifeng, their expressions turning incredibly strange. Clothes torn? Hair messed up? Screaming about broken promises?

What are you looking at?! Xiao Yifeng wanted to scream. Do I look like a 'hit it and quit it' three-second man to you?!

He wisely kept his mouth shut. Explaining would only make it worse.

He grabbed Su Miaoqing’s hand and dove into the vortex. The others followed.

Luo Yun reached the vortex a second later. She flew straight into it—and passed right through.

The portal rejected her.

The vortex dissipated. The sky turned dark.

Silence descended on the Immortal Abode, broken only by the distant wails of ghosts from the abyss.

Luo Yun floated alone in the empty sky.

"No..." she whispered, terror gripping her heart. "Let me out! LET ME OUT!"

She flew frantically against the barrier, but the Yellow Springs Road had no return for those without a token.

She collapsed on the cold stone of the plaza, curling into a ball as the darkness closed in.

She was left alone in the Immortal Abode, with only the endless ghosts for company. The thought of spending her entire life here, like that strange man, filled her with despair.

"I don't want this!" she cried out, but her voice was swallowed by the void.

She didn't believe Xiao Yifeng would come back for her in three years. He probably couldn't even bring her out, which was why he had abandoned her like this.

Powerless, she crouched on the ground, silently weeping.
