Okay, so here you'll notice the Creator and Vitaia are now being referred to as "Father of Creation" and "Mother of Life", when Vitaia was previously said to be the "Mother of Nature". It was originally a mistake on my part. I always intended for Vitaia to be titled "Mother of Life", but for whatever reason, I wrote "Mother of Nature" instead on chapter 5. But now I think that mistake proved to be a good thing, because now I can subtly show the passage of time through people's changing references to certain things and beings (in this case Vitaia's title). Now, the timeline's a bit confusing cuz of "eons upon eons ago" and "billion gazillion years after" constantly being mentioned all over the place, but I think that can't really be helped in a story that deals in the "Foundation of Everything". For the sake of convenience though, the "years" used in the Origin Lore is the same 365-day 24-hour-day year we know and love. I internally debated whether to use a made-up macro time counter to describe the passage of time (like maybe 1 billion year = 1 Epoch Period), kind of like how HSR has its Amber Era and standardized system time and what not. Though I ultimately went against that idea fearing it might lead to even more confusion. At any rate, the Origin Lore is not the final form of the "Lore" itself, since more discoveries will be made in the main stories (like Nullbound Reagen), and perhaps I'll invent some kind of time counter there. Transcension is the next chapter, and AFTER that is the "War of Transcendence" which will mark this Lore's departure from the "Mythopedia" feel. It's Vitaia's time to shine as a temporary main character for the upcoming narratives, and it's personally exciting for me because there's some real action and real stakes here for the Universe as a whole, and more stuff to build the Universe that will affect future main stories (like maybe why not many people in scientifically/magically advanced civilizations ever thought of inter-galactic travel and/or beyond?) That said, I'm really torn between just finishing Origin Lore first or focusing more on Nullbound Reagen in the meantime, because to be honest, I want to write both at once (if only I had two bodies). And I'm also releasing on Royal Road now, but I think I like MoonQuill better cuz it's just somehow more relaxing and chill here for some reason lol. This is the last release for now.
