Absolutely excellent so far. The writing draws you in, puts you in the shoes of varied and complex characters, and leaves you on the edge of your seat wondering what's going to happen next. I devoured the current 12 chapters in 1 sitting, and I'm already anxious for the continuation! If you want a nuanced take on the 'gate to another world' trope, that's not afraid to start tackling complicated themes, then this is the novel for you.
