Just popping in to give you a quick update on what's been brewing in my creative cauldron. Good news: a new chapter for Trying to live an ordinary life is officially on its way! I know, I know, you've been patiently waiting, and trust me, I'm just as excited to share it with you.
The reason for the slight delay (besides my cat demanding extra belly rubs and my fridge mysteriously running out of snacks at crucial writing moments) is that I've been doing a little side hustle in my imagination, dabbling in some other stories too. Think of it as cross-training for my brain – gotta keep those creative muscles limber, right?
But fear not, the new chapter is my top priority now, and I'm aiming to get it out to you within 2 to 4 days. That's right, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from your screens!
In the meantime, while you're eagerly refreshing your inboxes (or just, you know, living your lives), I want to hear from you! Chapter 1... Made me look so dumb...

Alright, everyone, let’s be real for a sec. You know those moments when you're so pumped to share something, so excited to get your ideas out there (or at least your words), that you just kind of toss it into the internet without giving it one last look? Yep, that was me. With Chapter 1. After the prologue. And honestly, I didn’t just slip up on a typo. I pulled a full-on self-sabotage move. It was a total brain fart, a “what was I even thinking?” kind of mistake. So yeah, my bad. Totally on me. I got a little too eager, a bit overconfident, and totally forgot to give my work that final read-through. Consider this my official, a little embarrassed apology. But here’s the good news: I fixed it. The chapter’s now in the shape it should’ve been from the beginning. Lesson learned, for sure. From now on, I’ll double-check every single word, smooth out every sentence, and give each chapter the proper, loving read it deserves. (Okay, maybe not every single word—I’m still human—but you get what I mean.) Thanks for sticking with me during that little slip-up.
