Fine Tea Biscuits
250 grams of butter
200 grams of starch
150 grams of flour
100 grams of powdered sugar
2 pk of vanillasugar
Mix all the ingredients evenly in a bowl until you get a smooth dough. Then form small hazelnut-sized balls from them and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Now take a fork and flatten them with it so you can later see the indentations left behind by the fork’s prongs.
Then they are ready for the oven, where they will bake for 15-20 min at 175°C (347°F). They are best when they are still white. When you take them out of the oven, let them cool for an hour in a cool room, and then they are done.
